1. Anonymised data collection and processing on this website
When you visit this website, our web servers automatically collect log file data and store it in an internal log file, which is sent to us by your browser. This concerns the following data:

  • Type and version of the operating system you are using,
  • URL of the website you came to us from,
  • IP address of the requesting computer,
  • Search terms through which you found our website,

We collect and process this data in anonymised form, which means that it cannot be attributed to a specific person. 2. Pseudonymised data collection and processing on this website
When you have registered on our website, we also collect and save the aforementioned data from your visit to our website in pseudonymised form. This means that this data is only linked to an internal identifier, but not with your name or other identifying features. The data is not attributed to you personally. Data is collected and processed in pseudonymised form to create usage profiles, so that we can tailor our content and advertising to your needs.

3. Cookies
We use so-called “session cookies” for our website to make using our website easier for you. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. By saving cookies, our web server can recognise your browser, your individual settings on our website and, if applicable, some registration data in encrypted form, thereby making visiting our website easier for you and enabling you to log in automatically. 4. Use of your personal data
We use your e-mail address to carry out a registration process on our website via a confirmation e-mail and to send you confirmation e-mails for the orders you have placed.

The personal data provided to us is secured by taking all technical and organisational security measures so that it is rendered inaccessible to unauthorised third parties in accordance with the achieved state of technical knowledge. 4a. Data protection information on Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. („Google“). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offerings by the users is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google uses this information on our behalf for the purpose of analysing use of our website by users, compiling reports on activities on this website and providing other services associated with use of this website and Internet use for us. When doing so, pseudonymised usage profiles may be created for users using the data processed.

We only use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation activated. I.e., Google will shorten the users‘ IP address within European Union Member States or other signatories to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address communicated by the user’s browser is not linked with any other data held by Google.

4f. Data protection information on YouTube
We use the provider YouTube to integrate videos. When doing so, the videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode. Like most websites, however, YouTube uses cookies to gather information on visitors to its website. YouTube uses these to gather video statistics, to prevent fraud and to improve usability, among other things. This also means that a connection with the Google DoubleClick network is established. When you start the video, this could also initiate other data processing operations. We have no control over this. If you are also logged in to your YouTube account, this would allow YouTube to directly assign your browsing behaviour to your personal profile. 4g. Contact form
If you send us questions via the contact form, we will save your information from the contact form, including the contact details you have given there, in order to process the question and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

The data entered into the contact form is therefore processed solely with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. To do so, simply send us an informal message by e-mail. The lawfulness of any data processing operations carried out prior to withdrawal will not be affected by withdrawal.

4h. Newsletter
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need your e-mail address and information that allows us to check that you are the holder of the e-mail address entered and agree to receive the newsletter. No other data is collected. We only use this data to send the requested information and do not share it with third parties. You can withdraw the consent given for the storage of data and the e-mail address and for the use of these for sending the newsletter at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter.

5. Right of access, rectification, blocking and deletion of data
We will give you information on the data stored that concerns you personally, its source, the recipients and the purpose of the storage on request at any time, free of charge, in accordance with Article 15 EU GDPR (Right of access by the affected person). 6. Right to object and right of withdrawal
